This will be our second year at the fantastic Ozarks Homesteading Expo! There are so many wonderful speakers at this event who are generous with their knowledge and experience, as well as tons of cool vendors and excellent food everywhere. Mike is going to do a presentation on how foraging and cultivating fungi can fit in perfectly with a homesteading lifestyle. There will be a workshop/demonstration afterwards on how to inoculate a log with shiitake mushrooms and grow them at home.
