We will be meeting up right here on our homestead, just south of Edgar Springs, MO, on Sunday, August 25th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We will walk our property together while Bo identifies any plants of interest we encounter and tells us how to know them and how to use them in our kitchen. Mike will be on the lookout for late-summer mushrooms and going over their identifying features, their ecological roles, and how to collaborate with them to improve your life. This is a perfect chance to enjoy some time in the woods with two experienced educators who are passionate about sharing their knowledge of our plant and fungal allies.
