Regional mushroom educator and cultivator Mike Snyder from WildWise Botanicals is returning for another presentation about fungi! This time he will present a slideshow about various ways to grow mushrooms at home, focusing on low-tech and outdoor methods. There will also be a workshop portion of the event in which we will inoculate substrate with Oyster mushrooms, and each participant will get to take a kit home so they can grow their own delicious mushrooms. The cost is only $5 per kit to cover supplies. Come on out and spend the morning learning how to collaborate with fungi to grow delicious, healthy gourmet food right at home!
